Refund policy

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@astorclo.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please ensure your return package is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
